“Brodey did a fantastic job of designing a custom piece to fit my need for a table that would serve as both a side table and an ottoman cover. He sourced the locally milled myrtlewood slab specially for this project, giving me two options. Sent computer designs for two versions (one with live edge, one without), so I could weigh the options. He sent photos of the work in progress and then delivered the finished product in a timely manner. The details were stunning. Subtly softened edges, clean waterfall design, resin filled natural depressions in the wood, hidden recesses in the base with felt pads for smooth sliding on hardwood floor . it was all perfect. The finish is lovely and the single slab makes for a gorgeous statement piece. I’m extremely pleased with both the table and the experience of working with Brodey. His craftsmanship is superior and his low key, approachable manner made this a positive experience.”
